Description
Vertical metal crushers are mainly used for processing metal materials, achieving crushing through high-speed rotating impellers or cutterheads. They have the characteristics of large processing capacity and strong adaptability.

Scrap metal, aluminum profile, car dismantling, electronic waste, scrap steel wire, motor stator, rotor and other waste mixed metal materials.
Working Principle
High speed impeller acceleration: The motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed (up to hundreds of times the acceleration of gravity). After the metal material is sucked into the impeller, it is accelerated to a speed of about 60-70 meters per second under the action of centrifugal force.
Impact crushing: High speed materials collide violently with the lining plate or another diverted material in the vortex chamber, forming a continuous material curtain and achieving multi-stage crushing.
Closed loop circulation: The crushed metal enters the screening system through the bottom discharge port, and the unqualified materials are returned to the equipment for further processing, forming a closed loop circulation.
