Description
Ink cartridge recycling line realizes the recycling and processing of used ink cartridges through physical disassembly and material separation. The core processes include shredding, crushing, sorting and other links, and finally classifies and recycles the materials in the ink cartridges.
Application
1.Ink cartridge remanufacturing industry:The shredded ink cartridges are remade into usable ink cartridge products through processes such as sorting.
2.Field of plastic resource recycling:The main component of the ink cartridge shell is plastic. After being shredded, it can be used to produce downgraded recycled products such as building materials, auto parts, or clothing, reducing the consumption of virgin plastic.
Working Process
1.Double shaft shredder: Tear the ink cartridge into larger granular materials for subsequent fine separation.
2.Crushing machine: The shredded materials are further refined through a crusher to initially separate the toner from the plastic casing.
3.Magnetic separator: Use magnetic force to remove metal parts (such as iron parts) to ensure the purity of the recycled materials.
4.Air flow specific gravity separation: Separation is carried out based on the specific gravity and particle size of the materials, for instance, toner (with a lower specific gravity) and metal particles (with a higher specific gravity) are separated into different collection devices.
5.Vibrating screening: Vibrating screen equipment is adopted to control the particle size of the material through the aperture of the screen mesh.
6.Terminal processing: The recycled metal materials (copper and aluminum) can be directly packaged, while high-purity toner enters the remanufacturing process and is reused through processes such as chip welding.
Advantage
1.Environmental benefits:Recycling ink cartridges can reduce the amount of plastic and metal materials entering landfills and lower carbon emissions.
2.Economic benefits: Recycling ink cartridges can extract valuable materials(plastic, metal).
3. Resource recycling: It is used for the production of new ink cartridges or other products to achieve the recycling of resources.
