Description

The car body recycling production line is used for processing scrapped vehicles and waste metal parts. It can effectively crush and separate scrap iron, aluminum, engine casings and other mixed materials in car casings.

Working Process

1. Double Shaft Crusher
   Hydraulic driven heavy type two shaft shredder,making the waste car shell primary shredding,the material after shredding can recycle directly and refinement treatment. This two shaft shredder has the characteristic of low speed,big twisting force,low noise,adopting Siemens program controlling system,can control automatically start,stop,reversal and automatic overload function.
2. Scrap Hammer Type Metal Crusher
   Crusher can do deeper shredder to be granule after Primary crushing,making it reach requirement of output material size.This series crusher has economical,strong practicability,easy operation,long lifetime,meanwhile can be conveniently maintenance,Discharge the foreign matter more conveniently,the abrasive grit bulk density over 1t/m3.
3. Magnetic Separator
   Powerful rollers separate iron metals.
4. Eddy-Current Separation
   Eddy-Current separation are made of main engine and control cabinet,consist of assembly,driven motor,rack and mask body.Mainly used E-waste,waste plastic door,waste car and industrial solid wastes crushing slice,recycling copper, aluminum and nonferrous metals.
5. Central Controlling System
   System adopt Siemens PLC control,making effective real-time monitor,can control whole production line,it has real time and easy operation feature.
