Working Process

  1. Double Shaft Shredder
    Crush the aluminium blocks, this machine is powerful and operates stably and efficiently.
  2. Magnetic Separator
    The crushed materials are separated from the iron by a magnetic separator.
  3. Vibrating Screen
    Vibrate the material to separate the aluminium powder.
  4. Eddy Current Separator
    Efficiently separate non-metallic and non-ferrous metal materials to enhance the recovery rate of metals.
  5. Central Controlling System
    System adopt Siemens PLC control,making effective real-time monitor,can control whole production line,it has real time and easy operation feature.
